Hi friends,
I’m Barbara Fischer, a psychologist here in Denver. I’ve been in this work for many years now and really care about helping people through tough times.
When I was younger, I felt really drawn to figuring people out and making a real difference. That’s what led me to study psychology. Through lots of experience, I’ve learned how to meet each person where they’re at.
If you’re dealing with anxiety, health problems, or any other challenges in life – I’m here for you. My goal is to listen with care, understand your unique situation, and provide support with my training.
There are all sorts of big feelings and issues I can help with. I take the time to get to know you as an individual so I know how to offer the best guidance. Whether you need someone to lean on during hard days or want to help make sense of what’s going on inside – just reach out.
We all go through ups and downs. Please remember you don’t have to do it alone.
My Journey
Over my career so far, I’ve gained a lot of experience dealing with different problems people face. Things like anxiety, stress, sadness, cancer – you name it.
But it’s always been about more than just learning facts. I really care about applying what I know in a way that connects with each person.
Through the years, I’ve focused on honing my skills and deepening my understanding of a wide range of issues.
But it’s never been just about getting more knowledge for me. It’s been about using that knowledge to genuinely help every single person.
If any of you are facing struggles, I want you to know I’m here to listen with care, understand your experience, and provide the support I have to offer.
You all have so much strength – I just hope to play a small role in your journey toward growth.
